Steps, expected behavior, and observed behavior

What's the issue

On changing the dock location from the default bottom location to the other sides, the island orientation for app drawer and downloads remains that of the previous one until interacted with. On interaction with downloads icon, it fixes. This is a fresh install.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Search for Dash settings.
  2. Select dash theme as Luma.
  3. change location
  4. bug reproduced.
