Press Ctrl + Shift + T
Then exit or close the session
It doesn't close the session

This is resolved and will be present in the next Nightly build
Fixed in luma-terminal luma.5:
exitcloses its tab, the last tab closes the window, and closing a tab hangs up its process group. Ships in the next desktop nightly and FP6 .25.
