Hand off browser tabs between devices

Luma Sync moves documents already. The open tabs should follow too.

Sync carries the document I was in. The five tabs of research around it stay behind on the desk.

Treat the browser window as a document: hand off the tab set, keep scroll position, and make it work for Chrome and Firefox through the same hook.

Being built. Devon Okafor and Lin Haugen are on it, aiming at Luma 1.5. Follow it on the roadmap; the beta channel usually has it first.

Scroll position too, please. Getting the tab back at the top of a long article is only half a handoff.

In progress. Chrome and Firefox both get it through one extension that talks to the Sync agent. Scroll position is in. Targeting 1.5, and it is in the beta now if you want to try it.

On beta 2 and it works. Eight tabs moved to the phone in about two seconds.
