Luma 1.4.2 is out: Sync handoff on the phone, kernel fixes, 400 closed issues

1.4.2 is on the stable channel now. The highlights: Luma Sync hands a session off to the phone, the update list no longer shows stale entries, and there is a temporary workaround for Wi-Fi after resume on Intel AX211 cards while the real fix lands in 1.5.

Four hundred and six issues closed. Thank you to the 213 people whose changes are in this one.

The phone handoff is the thing. Closed a document on the desk and it was on my phone before I got to the kitchen.

Overlay flicker at 144 Hz is still there for me on 1.4.2. Tracked in 4777, and I know it is in progress, just noting for anyone searching.
